Services

  • Preventative Maintenance

Compressed air systems require routine maintenance to ensure component longevity, efficiency, and reduce the chance of system failure. Preventative maintenance includes part replacement, inspections, and cleaning. Some parts that require routine replacement include filters, oil, separators, drive belts, and much more. Electrical, mechanical, and other air system components need routine inspection to ensure they are still serviceable and to catch potential failures before they happen. Components also need a cleaning, this helps with the inspection process, reduces the risk of safety issues, and increases component lifetime.

  • Repairs

Sometimes things break; when this happens production can be limited, place a redundant system under heavy load, or halted all together. Sometimes its a simple fix like the replacement of a small part; other times it could be a major component that needs overhauling and supporting parts to go with it. Don't let repairs keep you down.

  • Service Agreements

These are a great way to reduce costs while reserving parts and your spot on the calendar. Service agreements are often set up on a quarterly, semi annual, or annual schedule. Factors affecting a service agreement are running hours, and what type of environment the system operates in. A system that runs twelve hours per day will need maintenance sooner than a system that runs eight hours per day. A system operating in a dirty or hot environment will need maintenance sooner than a system in a clean cool environment.

  • Trouble/E-Call

If your system fails to start, faults out, displays alarms, or is not operating like normal; and your looking for quicker than normal service, or it is outside business hours an E-Call may be needed. This will allow a technician to be dispatched quickly. The technician will diagnose the issue and make repairs on the spot when possible. If repairs can not be made on the spot, parts and repairs can be expedited to suit your needs or timeline.

Summer is here! Systems often fail during the first months of summer. Accumulation of debris and minimal maintenance during winter months results in system failures when outside and ambient temperatures rise.
